Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with our external bookkeeper to optimize financial processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional experience. (**We value passion and a willingness to learn over rigid qualifications. Don’t hesitate to apply if you see yourself excelling in this role!*)
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Xero).
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Location and Logistics
This is a full-time position based at our office in Tangnan, Panglao. We are seeking Filipinos living in Panglao, Tagbilaran, or who are willing to relocate. Remote work is not currently an option for this role.
