Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage with followers across social media platforms, online communities (freediving forums, travel groups), and review sites.
- Respond to comments, questions, and feedback about freediving, our equipment, adventure sports in Bohol, and our brands in a timely and helpful manner.
- Develop and execute online community-building strategies targeting freediving, adventure sports, and travel enthusiasts.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging campaigns that showcase Bohol and our aquatic adventures.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities within the freediving and adventure travel communities.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities (freediving forums, travel groups), and best practices.
- Familiarity with freediving, freediving equipment, and adventure sports.
- Knowledge of popular tourist destinations and landmarks in Bohol is a major plus.
- Ability to manage multiple online conversations simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.

Location and Logistics
This is a full-time position based at our office in Tangnan, Panglao. We are seeking Filipinos living in Panglao, Tagbilaran, or willing to relocate. Remote work is not currently an option for this role.
