    Are you operating with COVID-19?

    Yes, we are. We have less staff than usual, but we continue to fulfil orders and further develop the brand. As we would do in a normal situation, we try to ship out orders every next day. We did find a delay in delivery time. We regularly see delivery times of 3 to 4 weeks where we normally would deliver within 10 days.

    How can I track my order?

    When we ship out your order, you will receive an email immediately from our system with your tracking number. You can then track your shipment via our order tracking page.

    Which payment options do you accept?

    Go Deep Freediving accepts Alipay, Wechat Pay, Paypal, Gcash, bank transfers to our banks in the Philippines and the Netherlands, and we accept credit and debit cards.

    When you are in Panglao, we also accept cash payments. Cash payments can be made in PHP, USD, Euro, and RMB.

    You can find our bank and transfer information here – please don’t transfer anything without an invoice or reference number.

    What is the delivery time?

    Usually less than ten working days, but it can be longer depending on the customs of each country. We ship most of our items from the Netherlands and China since we can ship fast and affordable. Now with COVID, delivery times of 3 weeks happen too – although lately, delivery times have been better – it seems the world is slowly getting back to normal. Orders to the Philippines are fulfilled and shipped from Panglao.

    Why do I get multiple shipments?

    With storage in the Netherlands, China and the Philippines, we pride ourselves on delivering affordable, quickly, and as fast as possible. However, we may have some items not in stock. We then contact our manufacturers and partners and ask if them if they can ship the goods directly to you. These additional shipping costs are for us – you will not get billed for this.
