6) Hip (taken over the fullest part of backside)*
7) Biceps (arm width 5 - 6cm below the armpit)*
8) Above the elbow circumference (thinnest circumference above the elbow)*
9) Elbow (circumference of the elbow)*
10) Lower arm (largest circumference of the lower arm)*
11) Wrist (thinnest circumference of the wrist)*
12) Arm (keep the arm open at a 45-degree angle, measure from shoulder to wrist joint)*
13) Cervical vertebrae to the inside crotch*
14) Total foot length (in centimetres)*
15) Back (distance measured along the back between shoulder bones)*
16) Inside leg (crotch to the inner ankle)*
17) Thigh (leg circumference 7 - 8cm below the crotch)*
16) Upper leg (largest circumference of the upper leg)*
19) Knee (circumference of the knee)*
20) Calf (widest circumference of the calf)*
21) Ankle (slimmest part up the ankle)*
